Grand Oaks is  a neighborhood community located in southwest Corvallis, Oregon approximately 12 minutes from downtown. We are located off of West Hills Drive, which is accessed from SW 53rd Street south of the Benton County Fairgrounds and Bald Hill Park. The neighborhood is conveniently located near a shopping area including a grocery store, several restaurants, coffee shops, professional offices and Bi-Mart. Oregon State University, the Sunset Research Park, and the town of Philomath are minutes away. Jacobs Engineering Group, Good Samaritan Hospital and Hewlett-Packard are all within about a 10-15 minute drive.

The first homes in our community were built in 1999 by Pahlisch Homes. In 2002, Legend Homes took over the development, and the final phase of construction was completed in 2006.
