About the Ready GO Committee

The Grand Oaks Ready GO committee provides information and education to the Grand Oaks community about emergency preparedness and response, organizes and/or publicizes related events, and works to coordinate Grand Oaks-focused action with the Benton County Community Emergency Response Team (CERT).

Mission Statement

Strengthen Grand Oaks’ ability to survive and respond to emergencies like wildfire, power or water outages or other damage caused by windstorms, earthquake, etc.
We are neighborhood volunteers working to:

Plan and prepare to respond to emergencies;
Gather and distribute ‘preparedness’ information and other assistance for residents;
Offer training and workshops; and
Help neighbors work together to improve their safety and well-being during emergencies.
